눈이 없는 녹색 동물의 삶은 그게 전부인거에요. 너무 허무한 것 같지만서도 자기의 몫을 다 하고 삶을 마감하는 모습이 너무 멋있더라고요. 인간인 저는 오감과 지각 그리고 자유의지를 모두 가지고 태어나서 과연 무엇을 원하고 불평하며 하루하루를 살아가고 있는가.. 갑자기 눈이 없는 녹색 동물 앞에서 제가 가지고 있는 시각이라는 것이 굉장히 과분한 능력같이 느껴지더라고요, 저에게 사치인 것 같았어요. 눈으로 보이는 것만 믿고 판단하며 살아가는 사회에서 잠시 떠나 녹색 동물의 ‘눈’을 빌려 다시 태어나고 싶은 마음이기도 해요.
